TLB Consulting is a boutique recruitment agency based in Devon. We use the term "agency" loosely, as our approach is quite different from the norm. While we offer all the services you'd expect from a traditional recruitment agency, our focus is firmly on building long-term partnerships, not chasing quick commissions.
We're a small yet perfectly formed team with our founder, Tom Beddow, at the helm. After 15 years in the recruitment industry, working in roles from consultant to operations manager, Tom was ready to step away from corporate life. He wanted to get back to what he loves most - building long-term relationships with local businesses and offering a recruitment service that's personal, flexible, and cost-effective. And so, TLB Consulting was born.
