Branch Manager- Property Sales

Full Time- 30-45k

TLB Consulting are delighted to be supporting a well-established and highly respected independent estate agency as they look to appoint a Branch Manager for their successful Penryn office.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Branch Manager or an ambitious Assistant Manager, Sales Manager or Senior Negotiator looking to take the next step in their career.

Our client has built an excellent reputation across Cornwall by putting customers first, investing in their people and delivering outstanding results. They are now looking for a motivated and commercially minded leader to drive the continued success and growth of their Penryn branch.

The Role

As Branch Manager, you will take responsibility for the overall leadership, performance and profitability of the branch. Leading from the front, you will motivate and develop your team whilst driving new business, increasing market share and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

This is a varied role combining leadership, business development, market appraisals, sales progression and operational management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing residential sales team.
  • Drive branch revenue, profitability and market share.
  • Conduct market appraisals and secure new instructions.
  • Coach and support the team to maximise performance and conversion rates.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline from instruction through to completion.
  • Build relationships with vendors, buyers, developers, solicitors and local businesses.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every stage of the sales journey.
  • Ensure compliance with industry legislation and company procedures.
  • Monitor branch performance, KPIs and operational standards.
  • Lead by example and promote a positive, supportive and high-performing culture.

About You

We are keen to hear from candidates with:

  • Previous experience within residential estate agency.
  • Experience as a Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Sales Manager or Senior Negotiator ready to progress.
  • A proven ability to win instructions and generate new business.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Commercial awareness with a proactive approach to business development.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • A full UK driving licence.
