As Branch Manager, you will take responsibility for the overall leadership, performance and profitability of the branch. Leading from the front, you will motivate and develop your team whilst driving new business, increasing market share and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
This is a varied role combining leadership, business development, market appraisals, sales progression and operational management.
