We are recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded, independent insurance broker who is continuing to expand their Commercial team across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Account Executive to join a supportive business that values long-term client relationships and employee growth.

Role Overview:
You’ll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of commercial clients – from sole traders to business leaders – by delivering outstanding advice and insurance solutions. You’ll also support branch-level goals while developing new business through networking, referrals, and local engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong B2B client relationships
• Identify and convert new business opportunities
• Support clients with consultative, needs-based advice
• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to meet growth targets
• Attend networking events, community groups, and client meetings

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a commercial account executive or similar client-facing insurance role
• Confident in new business development and relationship management
• Self-motivated, proactive, and commercially curious
• Willingness to learn and grow – support for qualifications available
• Consultative approach with excellent listening and questioning skills

• £28,000–£32,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
