TLB Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a growing and well-established Wealth Management practice for an experienced Financial Consultant.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an established Principal Partner Practice, taking responsibility for an existing client portfolio while supporting new business development.
Role Overview
You will provide expert financial advice and ongoing service to clients across:
- Investments
- Pensions
- Inheritance Tax Planning
- Long-Term Care
- Corporate Financial Planning
The role combines relationship management with comprehensive financial planning, ensuring advice remains compliant with FCA regulations and firm standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and service an allocated portfolio of existing clients
- Conduct client reviews and ensure advice remains suitable and compliant
- Deliver personalised financial planning recommendations
- Maintain accurate and compliant client records
- Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships
- Work collaboratively with administrators and colleagues
- Maintain ongoing CPD and stay up to date with regulatory changes
Requirements
- Diploma in Financial Planning (CII or equivalent)
- Strong experience in financial planning and client relationship management
- Good understanding of FCA regulations and compliance frameworks
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
