Location: Devon & Cornwall (Office-based with regional travel)
Salary: Up to £45,000 Basic + Performance Bonus

TLB Consulting are recruiting on behalf of a growing, independent property business operating across Devon and Cornwall.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced residential property professional to step into a regional leadership role, overseeing multiple offices and driving sales performance across the business.

The Role

As Head of Sales, you will lead and manage Sales teams across several branches, ensuring consistent performance, strong conversion rates and continued market share growth.

This is a hands-on leadership position suited to someone commercially driven, highly organised and confident managing people and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee sales performance across multiple branches
• Drive instruction growth and improve conversion rates
• Chair weekly pipeline and performance meetings
• Monitor KPIs and revenue targets
• Support recruitment, onboarding and development of sales staff
• Oversee CRM systems, reporting and sales processes
• Maintain high service standards and regulatory compliance
• Support the integration of newly acquired offices

About You

• Proven experience in residential property sales
• Previous leadership or management experience (Branch Manager or above)
• Strong knowledge of the Devon & Cornwall market
• Commercially aware and target-driven
• Confident analysing performance data and implementing improvements
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Basic salary up to £45,000 (dependent on experience)
