Landscaping Team Leader

Our client – a multi-award-winning landscaping company based in the South West – is looking for an experienced and motivated Landscape Team Leader to join their growing team. The Role:
As Landscape Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing site works, managing a team, and ensuring all projects are delivered to an exceptional standard. You will:

• Lead and supervise a landscaping team on-site
• Coordinate and deliver hard and soft landscaping projects
• Ensure all work is completed to specification and safety protocols
• Conduct safety briefings and maintain accurate documentation
• Oversee vehicle and equipment maintenance

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in hard landscaping
• Proven experience in landscaping, with either prior team leadership or a strong desire to step up into a supervisory role
• Strong problem-solving and team management skills
• Excellent communication and organisation
• Full UK driving licence
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weathers

Salary & Package:

• £35,000–£40,000 per year depending on experience
• Salary reviews after probation, with potential to rise to £45,000
