Project Co-Ordinator

About the Role

As Project Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in organising and overseeing installation projects from start to finish. You’ll co-ordinate trades, manage schedules, liaise with customers and suppliers, and ensure installations run smoothly and on time. This role suits someone highly organised, proactive, and comfortable communicating with a range of people.

Key Responsibilities (Summary)

• Plan and schedule installation projects.
• Co-ordinate tradespeople and subcontractors.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Maintain project records, schedules, and documentation.
• Support with general office and administrative duties.
• Use Sage for invoicing and financial record-keeping.

Skills & Experience

IT Skills:

• Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with CRM or scheduling systems is an advantage.
• Sage experience desirable but not essential.

Soft Skills:

• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Great communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive problem-solver with a calm, professional approach.

Additional Requirements

• Based primarily in an office environment with occasional site visits.
• May involve some light lifting, standing, or moving materials.
