Our Commitment

If the successful candidate does not complete the agreed probationary period, TLB Consulting will
backfill the role at no additional recruitment fee. For split payment options, the final payment only
becomes due once the replacement candidate successfully completes their probationary period.

Placement fee on hire

A final placement fee applies if you hire one of our candidates.

One upfront fee

That fee covers advert creation, posting and application management.

Credit towards Executive Search

If we move the same brief onto Executive Search, £500 of your initial fee is credited towards that search.
